We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, and if an item is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 24 hours. However some orders take a little longer to process so please allow 3-5 days.

Returning items

Unsuitable items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Notify us by telephone 01737 277 844 or email returns@fitzboutique.co.uk. You will receive a returns code from us and a postage paid returns bag will be sent to you. Pop the unwanted items inside and post back to us from any post office. This is a free of charge service however we recommend you obtain a proof of purchase receipt from the cashier. The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
